1.Question: What services do you offer?
Answer: We specialize in detail cleaning, but if you are only looking for a basic cleaning we can do that also. You let us know how detailed you want us to be. Other services we offer: wash windows, wash walls, moving and rental cleans, new construction cleans, clean basements and garages, inside of cabinets, laundry. If you need something cleaned just ask, if we can do it we will be glad to. We will even detail our vehicle. We like to clean!!

Question: How do our services rate with other cleaning companies?

Answer: It is like comparing a 2 star hotel to a 5 star hotel. Everyone knows that with a 2 star hotel you are going to get a comfortable room with a bed and everything you need for your stay. But with a 5 star hotel you are going to get a very comfortable room with a better grade of bed linens, fancy towels, a maid service and even room service. Careful Cleaning Service is your 5 star cleaning service.
3.Question: How do our prices compare to other cleaning companies within our local area?
Answer: We are very competitive with our prices. Depending on the type of service you want, how much it will cost. If you call to price a 2 star hotel compared to a 5 star hotel there will be a slight difference, the same goes with how much detailed cleaning you are needing done. Remember the price of those fancy linens cost the 5 star hotels more than the 2 star hotels pays for their linens. You pay more for better service, because it takes more time.
4.Question: How can I keep the cost of my cleaning service down?
Answer: Be flexible with the days and times of your scheduled cleaning. It will save our company labor and fuel cost, if we can schedule your cleaning on a day that we are closer to our location and the time your house would be in route for that day. Our saving will be your savings.

Question: Do the same employees come to clean every time?

Answer: That all depends on who is scheduled to work that day and if they are part-time or full time employees, how many houses we have scheduled for the day and where the houses are located. This is not an easy question to address, because of all of the circumstances. At least one of my employees will have been to your house before and will be able to instruct the others on the different cleaning priorities of your home. All of my employees are well screened, asked a lot of questions and many references’ are called on each of them before they are hired. We also do background checks on all of them. If I do not trust them, they do not get hired.  I totally trust all my employees in my home.
6.Question: What insurance does Careful Cleaning Service carry?
Answer: We carry General Liability, Workman’s Compensation and Bonding insurance. Our insurance agent will send certificate of insurance, if you so desire.
7.Question: Do we have a Business License?
Answer: Yes, we have a license to be in business and our company is incorporated though the state of Maryland.
8.Question: Do we pay taxes on our employees?
Answer: Yes, we pay all taxes on a quarterly basis that are required by the federal and state laws for the business and our employees.
9.Question: Do we change any extra fees?
Answer: We do charge a service fee if we come to our house on a scheduled day and no one is there to let us in. We have to pay our employees for their time and mileage to come to your house. There are a few things that you can do to avoid this extra charge: give us a key or give us a 24 hour notice to cancel, by phone call or email.
